🧱 Filter Media Setup (Recommended Order)

  1. Coarse sponge (mechanical filtration)

  2. Fine sponge or filter wool (extra mechanical + basic biological)

  4. Ceramic rings / bio-balls (biological filtration)

👉 For shrimp tanks, use a sponge pre-filter on the intake.

🔧 How to Install

  1. Hang the filter on the back or side of the tank.

  2. Place the intake pipe inside the aquarium.

  3. Fill filter box with some tank water (priming).

  4. Plug in and switch ON – water will circulate automatically.

  5. Adjust the flow rate as needed.

🧼 Maintenance

  • Clean sponge every 2–3 weeks in tank water.

  • Replace activated carbon monthly (if used).

  • Rinse bio-media gently; never replace all at once.

  • Check intake pipe & skimmer for dirt or blockages.
