🧱 Filter Media Setup (Recommended Order)

  1. Coarse Sponge (mechanical filtration)

👉 For shrimp tanks, attach a sponge pre-filter on the intake.

🔧 How to Install

  1. Hang the filter on the back/side of the aquarium.

  2. Place the intake pipe inside the tank and attach the surface skimmer (if needed).

  3. Fill the filter chamber with tank water to help priming.

  4. Plug in and switch ON – water starts circulating automatically.

  5. Adjust flow rate to suit fish needs.

🧼 Maintenance

  • Rinse sponge every 2–3 weeks in tank water (not tap water).

  • Replace activated carbon every 3–4 weeks if used.

  • Clean ceramic rings gently when clogged (never replace all at once).

  • Check skimmer & inlet pipe for blockages.
