🧱 Filter Media Setup (Recommended Order)

  1. Coarse sponge (mechanical)

  2. Fine sponge (basic biological)

  3. Activated carbon (chemical filtration, optional)

  4. Ceramic rings / bio-balls (biological filtration boost)

  5. Fine filter wool (for polishing water)

👉 For shrimp tanks, use a sponge pre-filter on the intake.

🔧 How to Install

  1. Hang the filter on the aquarium rim.

  2. Attach the inlet tube and extend it to desired depth.

  3. Fill the filter chamber with some tank water (for priming).

  4. Plug in and switch ON – water will start flowing like a waterfall.

  5. Adjust flow speed as needed.

🧼 Maintenance

  • Rinse sponge & cartridge every 2–3 weeks in tank water.

  • Replace activated carbon monthly (if used).

  • Wash ceramic rings gently when clogged, don’t replace all at once.

  • Clean inlet tube if water flow reduces.
