  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

6. Cancellations

  • In the event SNK Aqua Pets cancels an order due to unavailability, incorrect pricing, or technical errors, the customer will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded.

  • SNK Aqua Pets is not liable for the death, illness, or damage of pets caused by improper handling, negligence, or poor water quality after delivery.
