Place the canister filter below the aquarium.
Connect the inlet and outlet pipes securely.
Fill the canister with some tank water to prime.
Plug in and switch ON β water will start circulating.

Rinse sponges every 3β4 weeks in tank water.
Replace filter wool or carbon as needed.
Clean ceramic rings/bio-balls gently (never replace all at once).
