🧱 Filter Media Setup (Recommended Order)

  1. Sponge (mechanical + basic bio)

  2. Activated carbon (for odor control & clear water)

  4. Fine filter wool (optional – polish water for crystal clarity)

👉 For shrimp tanks, attach a sponge pre-filter on the intake to protect baby shrimp.

🔧 How to Install

  1. Hang the filter at the back of the aquarium.

  2. Insert the intake tube inside the tank.

  3. Fill the filter box with a little tank water to help with priming.

  4. Plug in and switch ON – water will start circulating.

  5. Adjust flow knob according to fish needs.

🧼 Maintenance

  • Rinse sponge every 2–3 weeks in tank water.

  • Replace cartridge/activated carbon every 3–4 weeks (if used).

  • Clean intake tube and impeller regularly to maintain smooth water flow.

  • Do not wash all bio-media at once to preserve beneficial bacteria.
