🧱 Filter Media Setup (Recommended Order)

🔧 How to Install

  1. Connect the filter to an air pump using airline tubing.

  2. Place the filter at the bottom of the tank (usually in a corner).

  3. Add bio-media inside the chamber if needed.

  4. Turn on the air pump – rising bubbles will pull water through the filter, starting circulation.

🧼 Maintenance

  • Rinse sponge in aquarium water every 2–3 weeks.

  • Do not clean with tap water to avoid killing beneficial bacteria.

  • Replace sponge if worn out.

  • Check air tubing and stones for clogs or reduced airflow.
