🧱 Filter Media Setup (Recommended Order)

  1. Coarse sponge (mechanical filtration)

  2. Fine sponge / filter wool (basic biological)

  3. Activated carbon cartridge (chemical – water clarity & odor removal)

  4. Ceramic rings / bio-balls (optional – for enhanced biological filtration)

👉 For shrimp or fry tanks, add a sponge pre-filter on the intake.

🔧 How to Install

  1. Hang the filter on the back/side of the aquarium.

  2. Place the intake pipe inside the water.

  3. Fill the filter chamber with a little tank water for priming.

  4. Plug in and switch ON – water will start circulating.

  5. Adjust the flow to suit your fish.

🧼 Maintenance

  • Rinse sponge & cartridge every 2–3 weeks in tank water (never tap water).

  • Replace carbon cartridge every 3–4 weeks for best results.

  • Clean impeller & pipes regularly to avoid clogging.

  • Do not replace all media at once – keep biological bacteria intact.
