🧱 Filter Media Setup (Recommended Order)

  1. Coarse sponge (mechanical)

  2. Fine sponge / activated carbon (basic chemical + biological)

  3. Ceramic rings / bio-balls (boost biological filtration)

  4. Filter wool (optional – polish water)

👉 For shrimp or fry tanks, add a sponge pre-filter on the intake.

🔧 How to Install

  1. Hang the filter on the back/side of the aquarium.

  2. Place the intake pipe inside the water.

  3. Fill the filter chamber with a little tank water (helps priming).

  4. Plug in and turn ON – water will circulate.

  5. Adjust the flow knob as per fish type.

🧼 Maintenance

  • Rinse sponge & carbon cartridge every 2–3 weeks in tank water.

  • Replace activated carbon once every 3–4 weeks if used.

  • Clean intake pipe and spray bar to avoid clogging.

  • Never replace all biological media at once.
