🧱 Filter Media Setup (Recommended Order)

  1. Coarse sponge (mechanical filtration)

  2. Activated carbon cartridge (chemical filtration)

  3. Ceramic rings / bio-balls (biological boost)

  4. Fine filter wool (optional – crystal clear water finish)

👉 For shrimp tanks, use a sponge pre-filter on the intake pipe.

🔧 How to Install

  1. Hang the filter on the side/back of the aquarium.

  2. Place inlet pipe inside the tank (adjust length if needed).

  3. Fill the filter chamber with a little aquarium water (helps with priming).

  4. Plug in and switch ON – water will start flowing.

  5. Adjust flow control knob to suit your tank.

🧼 Maintenance

  • Rinse sponge every 2–3 weeks in old tank water.

  • Replace activated carbon monthly (or when water turns cloudy/odor appears).

  • Clean bio-media gently; never replace all at once to keep beneficial bacteria.

  • Check skimmer & impeller for clogs regularly.
