🧱 Filter Media Setup (Recommended Order)

  1. Coarse sponge (mechanical filtration)

  2. Fine sponge (biological surface area)

  4. Ceramic rings / bio-balls (boost biological filtration)

  5. Filter wool (optional – polish water for crystal clarity)

👉 For shrimp/fry tanks, add a sponge pre-filter on the intake tubes.

🔧 How to Install

  1. Hang the filter on the back/side of the tank.

  2. Attach dual intake pipes and surface skimmer (if using).

  3. Fill filter chamber with some tank water (for priming).

  4. Plug in and turn ON – water will begin circulating.

  5. Adjust flow rate to match tank & fish needs.

🧼 Maintenance

  • Clean sponges every 2–3 weeks in tank water.

  • Replace carbon every 3–4 weeks (if used).

  • Rinse ceramic rings/bio-balls gently when clogged (never all at once).

  • Check intake tubes for algae or debris buildup.
