🧱 Filter Media Setup (Recommended Order)

  1. Coarse sponge (mechanical)

  2. Fine sponge (biological base)

  3. Activated carbon (removes odor, discoloration)

  4. Ceramic rings / bio-balls (biological boost)

  5. Fine filter wool (optional for polishing water)

👉 For shrimp tanks, use a sponge pre-filter on the intake.

🔧 How to Install

  1. Hang the filter on the back/side of the aquarium.

  2. Attach the inlet pipe and rain bar/surface skimmer.

  3. Fill the chamber with tank water to aid priming.

  4. Plug in and switch ON – water circulation starts immediately.

  5. Adjust the flow knob according to your fish needs.

🧼 Maintenance

  • Rinse sponge every 2–3 weeks in tank water.

  • Replace carbon monthly or when exhausted.

  • Clean ceramic rings/bio-media gently (never all at once).

  • Check spray bar and skimmer regularly for blockages.
