🧱 Filter Media Setup (Recommended Order)

  1. Coarse sponge (mechanical)

  2. Fine sponge (basic biological)

  3. Activated carbon (optional – removes odor & toxins)

  5. Fine filter wool (optional – polish for crystal-clear water)

🔧 How to Install

  1. Place the top filter tray securely on the tank.

  2. Attach the powerhead to the side and connect it to the inlet pipe.

  3. Fill the filter tray with sponges and chosen filter media.

  4. Plug in the powerhead – water will lift into the tray and pass through media before returning to the tank.

  5. Adjust water flow if required.

🧼 Maintenance

  • Clean sponge every 2–3 weeks using tank water.

  • Rinse biological media gently (never replace all at once).

  • Replace activated carbon every 3–4 weeks if used.
